The first chapter of total

Article 8 all have one of following cases, can apply for repairing permit from:

The second chapter manufacturing license application, examination and certification
Article 9 for manufacturing license shall meet the following requirements:
(a) fixed production sites, and manufacturing measuring instruments adapt production facilities, including production equipment and process equipment, and the production process of measuring facilities,
(2) type approval certificate or the prototype test certificates and complete design drawings and process documents, product standards and verification procedures (or calibration methods), etc.
(3) to ensure product quality production verification conditions, including the examinations, the corresponding metrological standard work measuring instruments and testing equipment, adapt to the environment; calibration
(4) engineering and technical personnel and workers with the technical conditions of production factory, undertake to the verification of personnel quality technology supervision department examination,
(5) the quality guarantee system to measure and management system,
(6) the condition and after-sale technical services.
Article 10 for manufacturing license shall, according to the following provisions relating to the quality and technical supervision departments and the relevant data and submit application:
(a) the unit, to the competent departments at the same level with the competent departments for quality and technology supervision department,

Inspection shall be completed within 20 working days.
Article 13 the application of quality supervision department shall assessment report within 10 working days after completion of the evaluation results. Qualified, issue the manufacturing license. The unqualified audit, return the application.
The third chapter repairing permit application, examination and certification

(3) production, repair facilities, personnel of technology and test conditions, and the relevant rules and regulations to reach the original examination conditions.
Article 25 for manufacturing license is revoked or repairing permit revoked the unit, since the date of manufacture license within a refuse or repairing permit.
